wenglor sensoric - AI Lab - How do I upgrade from a Free Plan to a Free+ Plan?

In this video, we will see how to upgrade from the Free Plan to the Free Plus Plan.

On the Admin Dashboard, you can view your current plan details — right now, we’re on the Free Plan.

To move to the Free Plus Plan, we need to register a uniVision 3 device to our AI Lab account.

First, open weHub. You will see your connected device listed there.

Before linking it, make sure your AI Lab credentials are entered correctly in weHub’s settings.

Once that’s done, your device will show the status “Not registered.”

To connect it to AI Lab, click “Connect to Device” under “Actions.”

You’ll notice the AI Lab status changing from yellow – “Not registered” – to blue – “Registered.”

That means your device is now successfully linked to your AI Lab account.

By connecting your first device, your plan automatically upgrades from Free to Free Plus.

There’s no need to enter any additional license key — the change happens instantly.

You now have full access to all Free Plus benefits and can start working directly with your connected uniVision 3 device.
